Before You Play

Tushiya Min Dev Team makes Arrow Out: Lucky Escape available to you on the condition that you agree to these Terms of Service.

By clicking "agree" or simply using the app, you are entering into this binding agreement with Tushiya Min Dev Team. These Terms take effect immediately upon your first use.

You must be at least 13 years old to use this app. Parents and guardians who consent on behalf of a minor accept full responsibility for that minor's compliance with these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes through the app. Continued use after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance.

Requirements to Use Arrow Out: Lucky Escape

We want Arrow Out: Lucky Escape to be available to as many players as possible — but some requirements apply.

Age Requirement
You must be at least 13 years old to use this app.

If you are a minor, your parent or legal guardian must read and accept these Terms before you use the app.

Legal Capacity
You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a minor, you represent that you are their authorized parent or guardian.

Prohibited Users: You may not access Arrow Out: Lucky Escape if you have previously been banned from our services, are located in a sanctioned jurisdiction, or are otherwise legally prohibited from using the app.

Tushiya Min Dev Team reserves the right to verify eligibility and to suspend or deny access to any user who does not meet these requirements.

Account Management

To access certain features of Arrow Out: Lucky Escape, you may create an account or connect via a third-party platform. Here are the rules.

Account Credentials: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us at our support team of any breach.

Account Rules:

• One account per person
• No sharing accounts with others
• No selling, trading, or transferring your account
• No impersonating other players or Tushiya Min Dev Team employees

Third-Party Login: You may connect your Arrow Out: Lucky Escape account to Apple Game Center or Google Play Games. Your use of those services is subject to Apple's or Google's terms.

Your Rights to Use the App

Here's what you're actually licensed to do with Arrow Out: Lucky Escape — and what you're not.

You have our permission to download, install, and use Arrow Out: Lucky Escape on your own device(s) for personal, non-commercial entertainment. This permission is limited and can be revoked.

What You Cannot Do:

• Copy, sell, or distribute the app or its content
• Modify or create derivative works
• Reverse engineer or decompile the app's code
• Remove copyright or trademark notices
• Use the app commercially without written permission

Behavior Guidelines

All content in Arrow Out: Lucky Escape — including art, animation, audio, music, characters, storylines, code, and interface design — is owned by or licensed to Tushiya Min Dev Team and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

What You May Do
You may:

• Share screenshots and videos of your gameplay on social media for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Stream your gameplay on platforms like YouTube or Twitch (subject to platform terms)
• Discuss and review Arrow Out: Lucky Escape in fan communities

Copyright Claims: If you believe content in Arrow Out: Lucky Escape infringes your copyright, please send a DMCA notice to our support team with subject 'Copyright Notice'.

Feedback Rights: Any suggestions or feedback you submit to Tushiya Min Dev Team may be used freely without obligation to you.

Disclaimer

No software is perfect. Here's our disclaimer of warranties regarding Arrow Out: Lucky Escape.

'As Is' Provision
Arrow Out: Lucky Escape is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind — express, implied, or statutory — including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Access to Arrow Out: Lucky Escape may be unavailable at times due to maintenance, technical problems, or factors outside our control. We'll try to notify you of planned downtime.

Third-party services and platforms integrated with Arrow Out: Lucky Escape are subject to their own terms and warranties. Tushiya Min Dev Team is not responsible for their performance.

Consumer Laws: If you reside in a jurisdiction that mandates certain implied warranties or consumer protections, those rights are not waived by this Agreement.

Legal Liability Limitations

Like all digital services, Arrow Out: Lucky Escape comes with liability limitations. Here's what they are and why they exist.

We exclude liability for: loss of game progress, data loss, lost profits, missed savings, or other consequential or indirect loss arising from Arrow Out: Lucky Escape use or unavailability.

If Tushiya Min Dev Team is found liable for any claim, our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or $100 USD — whichever is greater.

Nothing in this Agreement limits liability for: death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that applicable law prohibits limiting.

Consumer Protection Laws: Mandatory consumer protection rights in your jurisdiction are not affected by these limitations.

Handling Legal Disputes

If you have a legal dispute with Tushiya Min Dev Team, please follow these steps before filing a claim.

Step 1: Talk to Us First
Before filing any formal claim, contact us at our support team with a description of your dispute. We aim to resolve issues informally within 30 days.

Arbitration
If informal resolution fails, disputes will be resolved through binding individual arbitration rather than court, where permitted by law. Arbitration is faster, less expensive, and more private than litigation.

Disputes must be brought individually. Class, representative, and collective actions are not permitted under this Agreement.

This arbitration agreement does not prevent either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief. Small claims court actions are also permitted where eligible.

If you prefer not to be bound by the arbitration agreement, you may opt out by emailing our support team within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.

We prefer to resolve disputes amicably. Email our support team.

How This Agreement Ends

Your use of Arrow Out: Lucky Escape can end in several ways. Here's what happens when it does.

You Can Leave Anytime
You may stop using Arrow Out: Lucky Escape at any time. To delete your account and request data deletion, contact our support team. Uninstalling the app does not automatically delete your account or data.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account for: Terms violations, fraud, abuse, or conduct that harms the Arrow Out: Lucky Escape community. We'll provide notice when circumstances allow.

When your account is terminated: (1) access ends; (2) earned virtual items may be forfeited; (3) provisions that by nature survive (IP, indemnity, arbitration) remain enforceable.

We may discontinue Arrow Out: Lucky Escape with reasonable prior notice. Refund eligibility in such cases will be evaluated under applicable law.

Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by a specific set of laws. This section explains which legal system applies.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Tushiya Min Dev Team is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Courts: Subject to the arbitration agreement, any legal proceedings not resolved through arbitration shall be brought in courts of competent jurisdiction in Tushiya Min Dev Team's governing jurisdiction. Both parties consent to personal jurisdiction.

EU/UK Note: If you're an EU or UK consumer, mandatory local consumer laws apply in addition to this Agreement. Nothing here removes statutory consumer rights.

How We Change the Terms

We may update these Terms as Arrow Out: Lucky Escape evolves. Here's our commitment to fair and transparent communication about changes.

Notice of Changes: Material changes get in-app notifications. The effective date on this page always reflects the latest version. For major rights changes, we give at least 14 days advance notice.

Changes take effect on the date specified. Continuing to use Arrow Out: Lucky Escape after that date means you accept the updated Terms.

If You Don't Agree
If you disagree with updated Terms, you may stop using Arrow Out: Lucky Escape before the effective date. You can request account deletion at our support team.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional policies incorporated by reference, constitute the complete agreement between you and Tushiya Min Dev Team regarding Arrow Out: Lucky Escape.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, and all other provisions will remain in full effect.

Any failure to enforce these Terms doesn't constitute a waiver. Tushiya Min Dev Team reserves all enforcement rights at all times.

Assignment: You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without written consent. Tushiya Min Dev Team may assign its rights in connection with a corporate transaction.

We're not responsible for service failures caused by force majeure events: natural disasters, pandemics, government mandates, or infrastructure attacks beyond our reasonable control.

Player Health Notice

Flashing lights or rapidly changing visual patterns in games may trigger seizures in susceptible individuals. Players with a personal or family history of seizures should consult a physician before playing.

If you experience any of the following while playing Arrow Out: Lucky Escape: sudden dizziness, impaired vision, muscle twitches, altered awareness, confusion, or involuntary physical reactions — if you notice any such symptoms, stop playing at once and consult a healthcare professional.
